Adults & ≥12 yrs: 60 mg twice daily OR 120 mg once daily OR 180 mg once daily
Children 6–11 yrs: 30 mg twice daily OR 60 mg once daily
Children 2–11 yrs (suspension): 30 mg (5 ml) twice daily
Children 6 mo–<2 yrs (suspension): 15 mg (2.5 ml) twice daily
Renal impairment: Use reduced dose (half of usual)
Erythromycin / Ketoconazole: ↑ fexofenadine plasma levels (2–3x), no added adverse effects
Antacids (Al & Mg hydroxide): Reduce absorption → separate by 2 hours
No interaction with omeprazole
Hypersensitivity to fexofenadine or formulation components
